When you create an account we collect your email address, phone number (optional), and authentication metadata. We do not collect payment card numbers; deposits are processed against the reference or transaction hash you provide.
How we use it
We use your data to operate your account, provision and monitor your servers, credit rewards and withdrawals, secure your sessions, and send service notifications you opt into.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform (email, SMS, and on-chain verification providers) under confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage verification, and delete your account from the security settings. You may also contact us to request a copy or deletion of your personal data.
Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, hashed credentials, rate limiting, and account-level verification. No security measure is absolute, but we work continuously to protect your information.
